1 - The transport of your parcel

The packages are usually shipped within 24/48h after reception of your payment.

The method of shipment, usually withheld by our customers, is Colissimo.
However, you have the choice during the passage of command between :

Delivery address Martinique / Guadeloupe / French Guiana / France / Monaco / St-Martin & St Bart

- withdrawal to the showroom (4 Cité EDF Rue du Citronier 97233 SCHOELCHER MARTINIQUE)


- Colissimo with signature



Regardless of the chosen mode of expedition, we will provide as soon as possible a link which will allow you to track online delivery of your package.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postal fees. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order.

We advise you to group your purchases in a unique order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to fulfil expenses of harbour for each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risks, a particular care is brought to the parcel containing fragile products.
The parcels are oversized and protected.

It is recalled that the shipments are at the start of Martinique, it is the responsibility of the client to assume the customs fees according to the destination of the parcel.

We offer free shipping to a threshold in order depending on the destination :

Martinique / Guadeloupe : from 69 € including VAT excluding shipping costs

French guiana : from 89 € including VAT excluding shipping costs

Metropolitan France & Monaco : from 119 € including VAT excluding shipping costs

St Martin & St Bart : from 119 € including VAT excluding shipping costs

3 - Availability of our products

We have made the choice to work directly with the importers of exclusive French manufacturers selected by DYLL.fr.

We want to remind you that DYLL.fr is not a company of dropshipping, we are independent and have our own stock in Martinique. We ship our products.
